During our family vacation at Vitoria, we found it to be a convenient base after tackling the steep Camino route into Santarem. As a marine biologist who often observes marine ecosystems, I appreciated the refreshing nature of the spacious rooms, which my children, ages 4 and 7, enjoyed running around in. The inclusive atmosphere was particularly welcoming; the hotel staff readily assisted us with information about local family-friendly attractions. My youngest, under 2, had ample space to explore safely. Breakfast was included, which catered to all ages, plus the coffee was a delightful bonus for us adults. Though the hotel has its quirks-like the older furniture and intermittent Wi-Fi-the overall experience was decent for our family needs. Given its proximity to shops and the town, we made the most of our stay. It's a good option for families who want comfort and accessibility during their travels.
